Here are the shooting board frames; 27 in all. In a :30 second spot, I find laying out a board with this number gives you a feel for how much action goes on each second of the commercial. With a 1/2 second fade-up/fade-out, cuts, flash frames (and other unforeseen animated bits), it's a good, if not disciplined, way to time out a commercial.
