Home stretch here, but it's also the fun part. Dropping in the crest on his shirt, adding a blur to some distant stars, etc. But I've finally figured out a way to create a blur of a body part - clone the area over and over, then distort and move them in an almost animated sequence, then make the earlier layers more transparent. Once a gaussian blur is added in Photoshop Effects, this gives the impression of movement. See Bernie's legs...
