March Madness on The Crazy Ones

In no real order of appearance, here're a number of things I helped design for last night's The Crazy Ones. The episode can be seen there too. From lady razors to shamrock parade floats - ah, the days of advertising I so miss!

More Crazy Art Direction

On the last Crazy One's I was asked to help with a fun print ad that was in a competition amongst an ad done by Simon (Robin's character) and a techy co-worker. The tech guy's ad had the Millennium Falcon hidden in the ice sculpture along with some other hidden elements. The story art that came in later had to look as if it were done by Robin's temporary cell-mate over a night in jail...

Here are a couple more for the classes I'm taking. With the character design it was medieval knights in good, silhouettes from simple shapes and gag cartoons from the storyboarding class.

I have a couple classes going now with one in Character Design by Nate Wragg and another in Storyboard Art from Steven MacLeod. Below are a couple submissions from each.  The assignments being a medieval knight in a nice, silhouetted pose based on a simple shape, and the other a gag cartoon.

The Pet

This bit of Story Art came about once we put a tadpole tank together in our daughter's room.  I got to thinking, what if there were a Monster of a pet, sort of tadpole-like, that had it's heart in the right place...but its appetite was ALL over the place?  This is "The Pet...A monster pet with one scary appetite."
